I have a proven track record of helping organizations and companies grow through expert project management and strategic consulting—always with a focus on long-term, sustainable outcomes.

Since 2007, I’ve also been deeply engaged in education and non-profit work, contributing to initiatives that connect science, design, and community. I organized Poland’s first Bio Design class, an innovative program that brought together biology and design thinking to foster new ways of learning and making.

Over the years, I’ve collaborated with universities, cultural institutions, and grassroots organizations to develop impactful educational programs. My roles have included serving as a STEAM mentor for high school students, a Global Teaching Assistant for the MIT/Harvard HTGAA course (How to Grow Almost Anything), and a regular contributor to the Global Community Bio Summit.

I’m also the co-founder and Vice President of the Osmocosm Foundation, where I help lead projects focused on education, sustainability, and interdisciplinary exploration.

This ongoing engagement reflects a central belief that education, collaboration, and curiosity are essential for shaping meaningful change—both in the lab and far beyond it.

  • In 2021, I co-founded the Osmocosm Foundation, and between 2021 and 2023, I served as Vice President. The main focus of the foundation was to accelerate and spread awareness about olfactory research.

  • I conduct research on the environmental microbiome at NYU Tandon School of Engineering, specifically within the Living Interfaces Lab led by Dr. Elizabeth Henaff.

  • For several years, I was involved in the Global Community Biosummit at MIT Media Lab. As a Fellow, I not only co-organized the conference but also took the lead in facilitating dynamic workshops throughout the Summit. My involvement allowed me to engage with diverse perspectives on biotechnology and its implications for global communities. I navigated complex discussions, ensuring that all voices were heard while fostering collaborative solutions to pressing biosciences challenges. This experience not only enhanced my leadership skills but also deepened my understanding of the intersection between technology and community engagement.

  • I instructed the Bio Design class at the School of Form in Warsaw, Poland. Additionally, I served as a Teaching Assistant for the "How to Grow Almost Anything" course at MIT/Harvard.

In the upcoming Fall 2025 semester, I will co-teach the Bio Design class at NYU Tandon School of Engineering alongside Dr. Elizabeth Henaff.

  • I effectively manage both IT and OT teams at A4BEE, a company focused on developing innovative solutions for the biotech industry.

Additionally, I oversee the organization of key conferences, including Biosummit and Osmocosm.
